Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 5 working days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact, and must comply with the prescribed wash-care instructions. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

All returns are inspected on receipt. Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the product passes this inspection.

For exchanges requested due to sizing or other eligible reasons, shipping charges for the replacement item are payable by the customer.

For refunds, the original delivery/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, along with a 5% processing fee on the product value. The remaining amount is refunded once the returned product has been received and cleared inspection.
