Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our workshop within 2 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days across India. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to hear when it launches.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return window?
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 5 working days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method after deducting the original shipping charges and a 5% processing fee.
Sizing & Product
How do I find the right size?
Every product page includes a size guide with age, height and chest measurements. If he's between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
How should I care for my order?
Care instructions are on the garment's label and on the product page's Care Guide tab. Dry cleaning is recommended for tailored pieces.
